We had snow last week!!! That is unusual for us, we are in Tennessee. This week our menu will be mostly winter comfort foods. The temps here are expected to be back in the teens & twenties, so warm filling foods will be just what my family needs.
Monday...Beef Stew
Tuesday...Spaghetti & meatballs
Wednesday...Chicken & Dumplings
Thursday...Meat pies
Friday...Pizza (GREAT crust recipe)
Saturday...Chicken & Rice Stir Fry
Sunday...Meatloaf & Mashed potatoes
