Chicken Salad

Most of my family will not eat this, but I LOVE it so much I just had to share. This is part of my Ultimate Blog Party 2009 menu.

2 cups leftover chicken
1 celery stalk
8-10 grapes
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish

Cut chicken into chunks. Dice celery. Slice grapes in half. Combine all ingedients in medium bowl

Salt and pepper to taste. Serve on croissants or toasted sourdough bread.
